Reflections on the New Website

As I prepare for the launch of the new site, I’ve had time to reflect on and re-write much of the content from our former site. A website is just a snapshot of the factual information of your organization and leaves little room for opinion. It says so little about the talent of our musicians and the consistent quality of performance that graces the stage at Civic Hall Performing Arts Center. Although it names the numerous educational opportunities we offer, it says little of the lasting impact made on the lives of children and adults. How can a dollar amount be put on the quality of life the RSO offers the people of Richmond and the region?

What I’m finding is that its what’s said between the lines and in the pictures that truly captures the experience. Our goal with the new website is to bring a fresh and youthful feel to a long-standing organization in the community. The RSO is a gem, and I’m proud to market it to the community!
