RSO Returns to Bethany Theological Seminary for Two Free Winter Recitals!
Bethany welcomes the return of Richmond Symphony Orchestra for two intimate performances in Nicarry Chapel. The recitals will be held Sundays, February 22 at 3:00pm and March 8 at 5:00 pm at Bethany Theological Seminary, 615 National Rd East.
The Recital Series is a collaboration between Bethany and the RSO, featuring symphony members in small ensembles. Admission is free and open to the public; RSVPs are encouraged but not required. Please RSVP to receive up-to-date reminders and information. Refreshments will be served following the performance.
February 22: The trio combines Tom Guth, principal cello and Shiyu Wang, principal keyboard of RSO and Stacey Woolley, violin, who has made a handful of guest appearances as RSO’s concertmaster. The program provides for an intimate gathering featuring pieces by Antonín Dvořák, Johann Sebastian Bach, Franz Listz, and Fritz Kreisler.
Parking Details:
- Main Lot: Located on the west side of the Bethany Center, accessible from National Road.
- Visitor Parking: Two handicap-designated spaces and three additional spots are at the main entrance of the Bethany Center off National Road.
- Overflow Parking: A large lot is available adjacent to the Earlham College public safety offices.
